Mr Pillay is the founder and Director of Pillay Thesigan & Partners Inc. and brings over 26 years of extensive experience within the legal profession. Throughout his distinguished career, he has developed exceptional expertise in litigation, legal advisory services, local government matters, administrative law, and dispute resolution.\u00a0<\/p>\n
His professional experience extends beyond private legal practice. Mr Pillay has served as an Acting Chairperson of the Tshwane Municipal Planning Tribunal, where he gained valuable experience in municipal governance, planning legislation, and regulatory compliance. He has also served as a State Prosecutor within the National Prosecuting Authority, where he played a critical role in directing investigations and advancing the administration of justice.<\/p>\n
